The Company was founded in September 2005 when the Directors, specialists in the field of Building and Civil Services, recognized the need of a professional service for the provision of housing and infrastructure in South Africa. The company’s advantage is based upon the technical knowledge and skills that have been acquired through extensive practical experience and exposure to a wide range of projects.
The Directors and staff have extensive experience in the field of social sustainable development property development and business management. The Company can draw on specialists in the field of Building Construction, Project Bridging Capital, and Project Managers to ensure the efficient and successful completion of any Housing or Civil Projects the Company may embark upon.
